All the bands that I have sites for are Hyper texted but if the hyper text does not work there are links in the navagation
bar and if that does not work cut and paste the address in your web browser to get there.
I've played with a Heavy Metal band at a show out at Skatopia.(Skatopia is an extreme rebel, and rebeliously run skate park
in the middle of nowhere in Meigs County, Ohio (With a motto live dangerously, and some times it can get a bit crazy out there
because of this)(So, visit with caution, if you do visit this unique skate park.) I don't remember the name of the band, (wish
I did though)and as metal bands go they were not too bad.
I've Also played at a couple of openstages and a few gigs with a local Athens musician, another street musician to be exact,
Steve Zarate. Steve has several self published records to his name, and one (locally) Award winning song to his credit "Jewel
of The Hocking". He is a human Jukebox and has repertoire of many songs he wrote as well as hundreds of songs by other various
Artist. When he does not have a gig that runs too late on any given week end, weather permitting and Ohio University is in
session; He can be found playing by the Burrito Buggy on Union Street. more info on him can be found at stevezarate.com
Another local band I've had the great chance to play on stage at O'Hooley's Irish Pub (now called Jackie O's) is Without Papers,
a Nelsonville, Ohio based band, headed by Nick Collura owner of Insea Sound Shop(a great guy and sound tech )(but so is another
guy I know BJ Price another great sound tech (SHRiNeLaBS)who had a band The SheBangs( I'll talk about that later) Without Papers is a Great Local Rock n'Roll band and more about them can be found at the Without
